Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Shipping typically takes 14–30 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination. All shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s delivery status.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging with all accessories. Please contact us at essonio-3c@outlook.com to initiate a return.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we cover the return shipping cost. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Are your products covered by warranty?
Yes, all Essonio products come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty duration varies by product. Please contact our support team for specific warranty details.

Are the in-ear monitors handmade?
Yes, our premium IEM series (ES-C13, ES-C14, ES-C19) features handcrafted shells made from natural wood and precision-machined materials. Each pair is individually assembled and tested.

What is the difference between bone conduction and open-ear headphones?
Bone conduction headphones transmit sound through your cheekbones, leaving your ears completely open. Open-ear headphones sit near your ear without sealing the ear canal, offering a more traditional listening experience while maintaining environmental awareness.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
