1. Return Conditions

All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the item. Returns made within this 30-day period are completely free of charge, and we cover the return shipping costs. Return requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Product Condition
Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Items should be in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Non-returnable Items
Personalized or custom-made items.
Intimate apparel such as underwear and swimwear (unless the item is defective).
Items marked as non-returnable during promotions.
2. Return Process

Every Essonio product comes with a free 1-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures that occur under normal use.
What We Will Do
If your product develops a covered defect within the 1-year warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. If a repair or replacement is not possible, we will offer a full refund.
How to Claim Warranty
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order number, a description of the issue, and (if possible) photos or a short video showing the defect. We will respond within 24 hours with the next steps.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or consumable parts such as ear tips. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered.
